  • Spring 2018 Tournament

    Our annual Spring Junior Tournament has been scheduled. This is a USTA Sanctioned District Level 7 (DR-L7) tournament and is open to Boys and Girls.  Level 7 tournaments are designed for those player who are just starting to play tournaments.  The format of the tournament is short sets, which means there are four games per set instead of the traditional 6.  This tournament level also uses no-ad scoring, which means if the score of the game is “Deuce” the next point wins but the person receiving the serve gets to choose which side they wish to receive the serve.  Finally, the draw is a compass draw.  With a compass draw, if we have a full draw everyone will play at least 2 games.
